Jennifer Paniagua
Program Associate
As Program Associate, Jenn supports of HIP’s regranting processes in the US and Latin America, as well as supports a diverse range of projects across several programmatic areas including: Migration, Power Building & Justice, Transforming Philanthropic Practice, and Racial Equity. Jenn’s work revolves around best practices for equitable grant-making, relationship and network building, capacity building, organizational culture, and advancing racial justice. She currently serves as a member of the Emerging Practitioners In Philanthropy’s (EPIP) Bay Area Chapter under the Mentorship Program.
Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley in History with a focus on the African diaspora in Latin America. Outside of work she enjoys dancing, reading, and creating art.
