Digital Content Coordinator

Abril is a part of HIP’s Communications team and supports the organization in the creation & promotion of bilingual content for all platforms in order to increase awareness of our programmatic work. Prior to HIP she was responsible for GIRE’s (Grupo de Información en Reproducción Elegida) digital communications—developing strategies to improve their users’ experience across social media & the website.

Abril studied Communication & Journalism at the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro (Autonomous University of Queretaro). Outside of work, she loves making ceramics, yoga, and spending time with friends, family & her 15 year old yorkie.
