LILAS Fund Grantee Gathering

In 2026, the organizations of the LILAS Fund will come together for the first time under the theme "Recognizing One Another to Build Together."

This gathering is born as an invitation to converge — to pause along the way in order to meet, see one another, and recognize ourselves in the stories, struggles, and hopes that each organization carries with it.

We want to open a space where sharing is also a form of care, where listening matters as much as speaking, and where we can discover, in what we share and in what makes us different, the things that connect and sustain us.

It will be a time to weave experiences together, plant trust, and let ourselves be inspired by one another's work. A time to name our challenges, but also to celebrate what we have built and what we continue to imagine together.

Because when we come together, we don't just exchange ideas: we weave a network, strengthen bonds, and collectively shape new possibilities for collaboration and transformation.

Over these days, we will move between listening and exchange, mutual care and collective reflection, shared learning and the building of new bonds that strengthen our shared path forward.

In this way, Recognizing One Another to Build Together seeks to be a space where we can come together through listening, strengthen the bonds that sustain our work, and recognize the power that emerges when we share experiences, learnings, and dreams. Because it is in coming together that networks grow stronger, and where new possibilities for collective transformation begin to take shape.
