Bianey coordinates the grants submission and reporting pipeline, ensuring efficient and accurate processing. She supports the development team’s communications with funders, prepares various reports, assist with event logistics, and aids in donor prospecting and qualification processes to bolster HIP's mission.

Bianey is a recent Wellesley College graduate. She enjoys the outdoors, art, and reading. Her family is originally from Guadalajara, Mexico—she loves visiting them, and checking out the artesanías in the mercados.
