Stephanie Ruiz Perdue

Director, Special Initiatives & Network Engagement

Stephanie is responsible for strategy and implementation of key HIP priorities and special initiatives, spearheading the annual conference, and sourcing new opportunities for network engagement and new mechanisms for developing and providing resources to the Latinx community.

Stephanie is a board member of MITRA (Michoacán International Trade and Cooperation Council). She has volunteered to create awareness of the cultural impact of Mexican art and for the “Cuentame tu sueño” campaign that grants wishes to kids with terminal cancer. She has a BA in Business Administration and Human Resources.

Stephanie is an animal advocate, carb lover (and unhealthy vegetarian), and enjoys dancing and reading. She is also Frida Kahlo’s biggest fan, which she can prove with her Frida collection!
