Paola Feregrino

Co-Director, Gender, Race & Power

Paola is Mexican, a feminist, and women’s rights activist. She was the Director of CIAM Cancún A. C.—one of HIP’s Gender Equity Program’s grantees—from 2013 to 2019. Her focus has been in the developing the fundraising capabilities, organizational security, political activism, social mobilization, strategic communications, and design processes of civil society organizations.

In her spare time she loves to cook, watch movies, and explore new places. She also enjoys being active and plays Roller Derby as well as boxing. Paola is a joyful person who is open to testing new ideas & new paths.
