A Decade of Impact, A Future of Generosity: HIPGive’s Next Chapter
HIPGive turns 10 and we couldn’t have done it without you. What started as an experiment in “democratizing philanthropy” has grown into a movement for Latine-led social change, connecting donors and grassroots organizations across the Americas in powerful, lasting ways.
Thanks to your trust and partnership, HIPGive has mobilized:
- 66,000+ donors (“HIPGivers”) across the Americas
- 1,500+ nonprofit projects in the U.S. and Latin America
- $6.3 million, including $1 million in matching funds from partners
- 18 countries, connecting movements and donors across borders
Over the past decade, HIPGive has lowered barriers to philanthropy for grassroots organizations by providing bilingual tools, digital giving circles, and hands-on campaign support. Together, we’ve reimagined what generosidad can look like in a connected world.
Looking ahead, HIPGive is entering an exciting new chapter. In 2026, it will relaunch as an independent digital giving platform, led by HIPGive Director Junueth Mejía and a strategic advisory team in the U.S. and Mexico. Our goal is to continue growing the movement for digital generosity, providing resources that empower Latine communities and movements across the Americas.
