Security for 2026 Annual Conference: Rooted in Purpose, Rising con Poder

The safety and well-being of our attendees is our highest priority. We understand that traveling, especially in the current climate, can raise concerns, and we want to be transparent about the measures in place to support and protect everyone joining us in Los Angeles.

Our host venue, the JW Marriott at L.A. LIVE, maintains strict policies regarding guest privacy and safety. Hotel management does not grant access to outside enforcement agencies, including ICE.

In addition, we have arranged for enhanced, private security presence throughout the conference. This includes security personnel stationed at the hotel, reception venues, and other official conference locations to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.

To further support attendee safety and ease of movement, we will be providing dedicated shuttle transportation to and from all official venues and site visits. We strongly encourage attendees to use these services rather than arranging independent transportation.
