Adeola supports all of HIP's operations and organizational needs as well as supporting the planning of local and regional events.

Prior to joining HIP, Ola was one of four founding members at Oakland School for the Arts—Oakland’s cherished performing arts charter middle and high school—where she built strong, lasting relationships with community partners, families and students. Outside of her work, she is a mother, music artist, and student of Orisa Studies
