Under her leadership HIP has consolidated their role and she works closely with HIP’s Board to maintain and expand a strong program portfolio that advances Latino equity, leadership, and voice throughout the Americas.

Gracia loves building strong professional relationships and during the last 20 years has worked with national and international organizations involved in development and poverty reduction.
