Jessica is responsible for promoting the work of HIPGive across the U.S. among nonprofits, foundations, local businesses, and the corporate sector with the goal of expanding the reach and impact of HIPGive in the US. Jessica is a mission-driven professional with helping organizations increase the social impact of projects through monitoring, evaluation and learning, and business development. Her experience encompasses working with international donors, NGOs, the private sector, and civil society partners covering the topics of gender equity, resiliency planning, and social justice in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Jessica holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Higher Institute of International Relations and a Master’s degree in International Development and Social Change from Clark University. Born and raised in Cuba, she currently lives in Massachusetts and enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
