Program Manager, Gender Equity

Marcela ensures smooth sailing in HIP’s Mexico office, coordinating our programs and administration and supporting our Gender Equity portfolio. With a Masters in International Law, Marcela has worked in the Human Rights area of the Mexican Representation of UNESCO; at the Mexican Embassy in Uruguay; and at the Mexican Ministry of Public Administration. Her experience in the Mexican governmental and nonprofit sectors have enriched HIP’s alliances in the region.

A lover of yoga, Marcela recently discovered a new passion: tango.
