Governance & Office of the President Liaison

Rebecca keeps HIP’s most important constituents happy—managing our Board and member relations. She keeps the Board updated and prepared to guide HIP, and maintains and recruits the corporate, foundation, nonprofit, and individual members we partner with to strengthen Latinx communities across the Americas. Rebecca discovered her love for Latin culture teaching English to children and adults in Mexico. Previously, for 11 years Rebecca worked with a leading reinsurance broker in London, Madrid, Bogota, and Miami. During her last few years there, she worked closely with the Chairman of Latin America, overseeing the performance of the local regional offices.

Rebecca, who was educated in Paris and London, is fluent in English, Spanish, and French and currently lives in Miami with her husband and three children. She loves photography (especially taking photos of her boys, although they’re not always willing subjects!), pilates, and spinning.
